Belgrade Serbia, host of the 2016 European Water Polo Championships had much to celebrate about as it continued it's winning streak in major international competition by defeating Montenegro 10 - 8 in the final. Then the town celebrated. Bruce Wigo, President of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, caught the action!
